Ascoltare i pazienti: Come catturare il feedback lungo il percorso dei farmaci prescritti

Per capire meglio come facilitare il processo di feedback tra pazienti, operatori sanitari e aziende farmaceutiche, abbiamo condotto un'indagine online su 290 pazienti che assumevano farmaci per diverse malattie comuni.

Sulla base di insights raccolti dalla nostra ricerca, abbiamo individuato tre modi in cui gli operatori sanitari e le aziende farmaceutiche possono entrare in contatto con i pazienti per ottenere un feedback più ampio e costante.
