Il problema

Posadas promuove l'innovazione del prodotto grazie al feedback degli ospiti.

Posadas ha collaborato con 糖心原创 per comprendere meglio l'esperienza degli ospiti del suo marchio One Hotels. Hanno creato un programma di feedback dei clienti per esaminare due aspetti. Il primo era la visibilità del quadro generale. Il marchio offriva l'esperienza che i viaggiatori desiderano in un hotel di classe economica? In altre parole, gli ospiti ritenevano che il marchio fosse all'altezza della sua reputazione di qualità confortevole a un prezzo equo.
