55 milioni di clienti, 74.000 dipendenti, 60 paesi ed una unica azienda unita da grandi esperienze.

Quando un'azienda ha 186 anni, più di 55 milioni di clienti in tutto il mondo, 74.000 persone, si estende in oltre 60 Paesi e ha deciso di trasformare la propria attività per mettere il cliente al centro di tutto, è normale voler conoscere il segreto del suo successo. Isabelle Conner, CMO di Generali, condivide gli insight e gli insegnamenti che Generali ha acquisito da quando ha iniziato il suo percorso per diventare un'azienda incentrata sul cliente e come è riuscita a ottenere un grande successo nella CX:

  1. Il CEO è la chiave del successo: è fondamentale che i leader diano l'esempio al resto dell'azienda e dimostrino di sostenere pienamente il programma fin dall'inizio. Questo può andare da semplici compiti come chiamare i clienti, al riconoscimento dei dipendenti che hanno un impatto e le cui azioni creano promotori.
  2. Adottare un approccio interfunzionale: la Customer experience non è di proprietà di una funzione centralizzata, ma dell'intera azienda. Dall'IT alle risorse umane, i rappresentanti di ogni funzione sono coinvolti fin dall'inizio.
  3. Incorporare la CX in tutti i punti di contatto: una Customer Experience eccellente è importante in tutti i touchpoint. L'acquisto, il rinnovo, i reclami e l'assistenza sono tutti elementi ugualmente importanti del customer journey e devono essere trattati come tali.
  4. Richiamare i detrattori: accogli le critiche. Mentre alcune aziende scelgono di ignorarle, Generali ha capito che può imparare da loro. Ecco perché l'azienda si impegna a richiamare tutti i detrattori (sì, proprio tutti) entro 48 ore.
